Wilson played in 23 of 25 possible games with 20 starts in his two seasons at Cal as a 2015 junior and 2016 senior after transferring from Riverside City College. Wilson contributed two-season career totals of 69 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss (-45 yards), 4.5 sacks (-39 yards), two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, two quarterback hurries and one pass breakup. Wilson put up career-high numbers in nearly every category as a senior when he started all 12 games and recorded 44 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss (-31 yards) and 3.5 sacks (-30 yards), as well as his lone two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, one quarterback hurry and one pass breakup at Cal. Wilson began his career at Cal in January of 2015 as a mid-year enrollee nearly five years after he was named a Prepstar All-American as a 2010 high school senior to wrap up a prep career that included 192 tackles and 11.5 sacks over three campaigns from 2008-10. Wilson started his collegiate career at USC but missed both the 2011 and 2012 seasons due to injuries that used his greyshirt and redshirt seasons, respectively. He transferred to Riverside City College for his 2013 redshirt freshman and 2014 sophomore campaigns, returning to form in his second junior college season when he recorded 36 tackles, 12.0 tackles for loss (-41 yards) and 3.0 sacks (-18 yards) to earn first-team All-Southern California Football Association National Central League honors for a 10-2 team that reached the Southern California Regional final.

Cal Career (2015-16)

• Had a career-high eight tackles as a junior against Arizona State
• Registered a career-high-tying 1.0 tackles for loss on five occasions and 1.0 sack four times with his biggest yardage total for both coming on an 11-yard sack at USC as a senior while the last time he recorded the totals came on a nine-yard sack at Stanford, both in 2016
• Had a career-high-tying single forced fumble twice both as senior vs. Hawai'i in the College Football Sydney Cup and at USC, while he also had a fumble recovery against the Trojans in the same game on a separate play
• Picked up a career-high-tying one pass breakup vs. Texas and at Oregon State as well as his lone career pass breakup vs. Stanford all as a senior
• Earned Cal's Stub Allison Award as a senior for his outstanding work in strength and conditioning

Senior (2016)
• Started all 12 games and recorded single-season Cal career highs of 44 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss (-31 yards) and 3.5 sacks (-30 yards), as well as his lone two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, one quarterback hurry and one pass breakup at Cal

• Picked up a career-high-tying one pass breakup vs. Texas and at Oregon State as well as his lone career pass breakup vs. Stanford
• Earned Cal's Stub Allison Award for his outstanding work in strength and conditioning
• Represented Cal at Pac-12 Football Media Days along with offensive lineman Steven Moore and head coach Sonny Dykes
• Saw limited action in the spring game but did not record any statistics

Junior (2015)
• Played in 11 games with eight starts and contributed 25 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss (-14 yards) and 1.0 sack (-9 yards)
• Registered a career-high eight tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss (-3 yards) in the regular-season finale vs. Arizona State
• Recorded four tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss (-1 yard) vs. Oregon State
• Had three tackles at UCLA
• Picked up two tackles and his lone sack of the season on a nine-yarder that also accounted for a career-high-tying 1.0 tackle for loss (season -9 yards) vs. San Diego State
• Also had two tackles in his Cal debut in the season-opener vs. Grambling State and the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl vs. Air Force
• Had one stop each at Texas, at Utah, at USC and at Oregon, adding 0.5 tackles for loss for a one-yard loss against the Trojans
• Ranked as the nation's preseason No. 65 national junior college player according to Phil Steele
• One of four players and two junior college transfers along with fellow junior college transfer Derron Brown and freshmen Ross Bowers and Lonny Powell who were mid-year enrollees in January and participated with the team during its spring practices

Riverside City College (2013-14)
• Played in all 12 games and earned first-team All-Southern California Football Association National Central League honors as a sophomore in 2014 when he recorded 36 tackles, 12.0 tackles for loss (-41 yards), 3.0 sacks (-18 yards), one fumble recovery that he returned 34 yards for a touchdown and two pass breakups
• Sophomore team finished 10-2 overall, registered a 6-0 record in SCFA National Central League action to win a conference title and reached the Southern California Regional final before falling as the No. 1 seed with a loss that snapped a 31-game home win streak dating back to 2010
• Recorded single-game career highs as a sophomore of 2.5 tackles for loss (also a career-high -9 yards) vs. Citrus, one solo sack (vs. Fullerton and six tackles vs. Saddleback, also picking up his fumble recovery and 34-yard touchdown return against Saddleback
• Had at least 0.5 tackles for loss in 10 consecutive games at one point in his sophomore season as well as at least a half sack in three straight

• Began his collegiate career at USC in the spring of 2012 but suffered his second injury in as many years during his first training camp in August after originally signing at USC in February of 2011 and being set to enroll for the 2011 fall semester before suffering an injury just before doing so that kept him out of school during the 2011-12 academic year

Corona HS (Class of 2011)
• Compiled three-year prep totals of 192 tackles and 11.5 sacks
• Earned Prep Star All-American, Super Prep All-Farwest, Prep Star All-West, All-Area and All-Big VIII League first-team honors as a 2010 senior when he had 59 tackles, 9.5 sacks and one forced fumble, while adding one catch for 12 yards receiving for a first-round playoff team
• Had the top three games of his senior season against Norco (season-high 13 tackles, 2.0 sacks), JW North (11 tackles, 2.5 sacks) and Temecula Valley (career-high 3.0 sacks, one forced fumble)
• Picked up All-CIF Inland Division Section, All-Big VIII and second-team Riverside Press-Enterprise All-Riverside selections as a 2009 junior when he had 84 tackles, 1.0 sack, two quarterback hurries, two passes defended and two forced fumbles, while also returning three kicks for 80 yards
