2020 (Senior)


• Member of the 8-3 Tigers who won the 2020 Montgomery Bowl
• Appeared in eight games on the season, earning starts in all eight
• Totaled 28 tackles, 19 solo, to go with eight TFL, four sacks, two forced fumbles and two quarterback hurries
• Had a season-high nine tackles along with two TFL, one sack and one forced fumble in win over Temple
• Recorded at least one TFL in six-straight games and had a season-best two sacks in victory over UCF

2019 (Junior)


• Appeared and started in 13 games on the defensive line
• Member of the squad that finished with a 12-2 overall record, won the American Athletic Conference Championship and made an appearance at the 84th Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic
• Finished with 21 tackles (14 solo)
• Recorded a season-high four tackles twice, first against Navy and then again at the Cotton Bowl against Penn State
• Tied his career-high with two TFL against the Midshipmen and in the season opener against Ole Miss
• Forced his third career fumble in the win against Navy
• Logged first career fumble recovery at Houston
• Concluded season with a four tackle performance against Penn State

2018 (Sophomore)


• Played in 13 games, including the Birmingham Bowl
• Only game missed was the contest at Tulane
• Credited with 22 total stops (13 solo), 8.5 TFL, one sack, four QB hurries and one forced fumble
• Tied for third on the team in TFL and QB hurries
• Had six multi-tackle games
• Registered a season-high four total tackles (3 solo) in a win at SMU
• His three solo hits tied a career-best
• Also had one TFL vs the Mustangs
• Logged a career-high four QB hurries in a win at ECU
• Added three total hits (1 solo) and one TFL vs the Pirates
• Had a season-high 1.5 TFL in a home victory over Tulsa
• Posted three total tackles (1 solo) vs the Golden Hurricane
• Recorded sack and forced fumble vs UCF in The American Championship Game

2017 (Freshman)


• Saw action in 12 games, including the AutoZone Liberty Bowl
• Made 10 starts
• Missed the Navy game due to injury
• Moved into a starting role on the defensive line when injuries decimated that group early in the campaign
• Led all defensive linemen with 28 total tackles (19 solo)
• His 19 solo stops tied for the team lead among defensive linemen
• Also had 4.0 TFL (19 yards) and one sack (16 yards)
• Recorded two QB hurries, one PBU and one forced fumble
• Made his collegiate debut vs Louisiana Monroe and posted three solo hits, including two TFL and one sack
• Earned his first collegiate start in the home win over UCLA
• Logged his first collegiate PBU vs the Bruins
• Had three solo tackles, including two TFL, and a QB hurry in a home victory over Southern Illinois
• Credited with a career-high six total hits (3 solo) in a win at Houston
• The three solo tackles tied a career best
• Had three solo stops (tied career high) in a win at Tulsa
• Posted four total tackles (2 solo) vs UCF in The American Championship Game
• Registered his first collegiate forced fumble vs Iowa State in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl

• Forced the Cyclones’ fumble at the goal line as Iowa State looked to increase its lead

• Scout.com ranked him the No. 2 DT in the state of Mississippi and the No. 31 DT in the South
• Rated the nation’s No. 76 DT by ESPN.com and the country’s No. 80 DT by 247Sports.com
• In only three seasons, racked up 143 total tackles, 50 TFL and 13 sacks
• Nearly 35 percent of his tackles were TFL
• Also had four fumble recoveries and five PBU
• As a senior, posted 46 total tackles, 18 TFL, three sacks and one fumble recovery
• 2016 honors included: Mississippi High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) Class 6A All-State first team (DT) by the Mississippi Association of Coaches (MAC), Clarion Ledger MSPreps All-State first team (DL), MHSAA All-Region 1-6A Defensive MVP, MHSAA All-Region 1-6A Team and Mississippi-Alabama All-Star Game pick
• Prior to senior season, named to MS All-Gridiron first team defense (DL)
• Also earned Southern Elite MVP honors in the summer of 2016 (summer combine)
• Had 52 total stops, 21 TFL, six sacks and five PBU his junior campaign in 2015
• Earned MHSAA 6A All-State second team (DL) and All-Region 1-6A second team honors
• Member of the South Panola High School team that went 11-1 overall and 7-0 in Region 1-6A
• Tigers earned a MHSAA Class 6A playoffs berth
• As a sophomore, recorded 45 total stops, 11 TFL, four sacks and three fumble recoveries

• Helped lead South Panola High School to the MHSAA Class 6A state championship
